CUSTOMER CONCERN
Check Engine Light with P0411 — Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow.
DIAGNOSIS
The air pump and control valve were operating, but testing showed the system wasn’t producing the expected airflow response.
THE FIX
We removed the exhaust manifold and expansion plugs and found carbon-restricted secondary-air passages. After thoroughly cleaning the passages, proper system operation was restored and the P0411 fault was resolved.
